The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hot drinks and takeaway breakfast at 5 am. This service was a welcome convenience before my early flight. The hotel proximity to the train station was also very convenient.

I found the hotel's car park to be quite small. It was difficult to secure a space and I had to park at the nearby Watford Junction station. This caused a some inconvenience .
