i found the grounds and building to be beautifully presented. staff members were helpful and friendly . the location proved very convenient for attending an event at ascot racecourse. i appreciated the easy access to windsor great park.
the mirror in the bathroom started more than 4 feet from the ground. i could just about see my face, but it might be difficult for someone shorter.

my husband and i enjoyed an overnight stay, celebrating his 60th birthday. we received an upgrade to an east wing cool family room. it had patio doors overlooking the garden and complimentary chocolates for my husband. it was such a lovely touch!!!
i encountered restricted access to communal areas because of a wedding party. i was not able to sit at certain tables. these areas were reserved for a wedding party that never actually used them!!!

The bathroom mirror was too high for me to use comfortably. I could barely see my face. the menu was disappointing. There were no light bites or simple sandwiches available. I had to go to a store to get something to eat. The staff and service were fine, but attention should be payed to the food options.

The bedrooms were spacious and clean. It really enhanced our celebration. the staff were very helpful and friendly. i enjoyed drinks in the atmospheric bar and lounge area by the fire. it.
I went for the breakfast buffet, but i was a little disturbed to see every item given a 'carbon rating. '. It detracted from the dining experience.

I booked a lovely room. The staff left a box of chocolates with a handwritten note, so thoughtful. The restaurant food tasted excellent. They gave me a complimentary plate of fruit with happy birthday written in chocolate, it was a very thoughtful touch.
The mattress needs replacing. I didn't sleep very well.

The hotel sits within grounds. I saw wild muntjac deer in the gardens from both the restaurant and the bar. For those that like wildlife, it's an excellent sight.

the hotel room was very lovely and the venue sits in beautiful grounds. the staff helped me a lot because this stay was for my son's 21st birthday. i would stay there again for sure, it was great.
the receptionist tried to help two customers at the same time, even though i was waiting first.
