The breakfast selection was HUGE!!! There were plenty of options. Staff booked taxis with ease, and check-in and check-out were smooth. I found options to eat nearby.
The teabag amount in the room was slightly limited.

clean hotel helpful staff varied breakfast adjustable air conditioning
The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful with directions and local information. I found the breakfast choice easy to navigate and quite varied. The air conditioning in my room was easy to adjust, so I was comfortable .
The pullout sofa bed was not the best, but it was adequate for a short stay.

fantastic stay near trafford centre
clean room various choices kind staff convenient access
the room was very clean and included all necessary facilities , such as a hairdryer and tea and coffee making equipment. breakfast had several choices , including cereals , pastries , and hot items. the staff members were kind and always ready to help with directions and information. i also liked that there was convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, i could hear a little bit of traffic noise during the night.

the hotel is near a tram stop , providing easy access to manchester city centre and other areas. it's also close to the trafford centre , a large shopping mall with many retail stores. i saw a mcdonald's restaurant close by as well.

convenient location easy parking soft towel carpet stain drinking water rude staff
the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. parking was easy and plentiful. i found the soft towels and toiletries to be quite nice.
the carpet had some stains that were noticeable. there was no complimentary drinking water in the room. the staff member at reception seemed quite rude to me.

reasonable stay overall
good service generous selection gym size unpleasant odor
Our arrival found a stain on the bed throw, not the most inviting start. BUT the reception handled it wonderfully, exchanging our room without hesitation. It was a VERY GOOD service. i was kinda surprised by the complimentary breakfast. The selection felt generous, though it did get a little crowded around 9.30am.
The gym's size was somewhat misleading based on the pictures provided, and i found it to be quite small. also, the walls in the room needed a CLEANING, and there was an unpleasant odor. It smelt LIKE poo, which detracted from the experience.
