The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful with directions and local information. I found the breakfast choice easy to navigate and quite varied. The air conditioning in my room was easy to adjust, so I was comfortable .

The pullout sofa bed was not the best, but it was adequate for a short stay.

the room was very clean and included all necessary facilities , such as a hairdryer and tea and coffee making equipment. breakfast had several choices , including cereals , pastries , and hot items. the staff members were kind and always ready to help with directions and information. i also liked that there was convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants.

the soundproofing wasn't perfect, i could hear a little bit of traffic noise during the night.

Our arrival found a stain on the bed throw, not the most inviting start. BUT the reception handled it wonderfully, exchanging our room without hesitation. It was a VERY GOOD service. i was really surprised by the complimentary breakfast. The selection felt generous, though it did get a little crowded around 9.30am.

The gym's size was somewhat misleading based on the pictures provided, and i found it to be quite small. also, the walls in the room needed a CLEANING, and there was an unpleasant odor. It smelt LIKE poo, which detracted from the experience.
