A Positive Experience
polite staff amazing air conditioning convenient location
The staff members were polite and helpful . My room had amazing air conditioning, a real plus in the summer. The location proved convenient with easy access to many local attractions and the nearby train station.
The hotel performed more than one pre-authorization on my credit card. I would have appreciated being informed about it.

The room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious, with a modern design that stood out. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the well kept bathroomwith a great shower with consistent water pressure and temperature.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Issues
disruptive noise missing toiletries
The room was clean and had adequate space.
The noise level was quite disruptive. I could clearly hear conversations and activity from adjacent rooms and the hallway. This made it difficult to relax. the promised complimentary toiletries were missing from the bathroom upon arrival. I had to request them from reception, inconvenient.

Wonderful City Stay!
helpful staff convenient service
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to drop my luggage early. This was such a convenient service! The room included tea, coffee, and delicious cookies.
The air conditioning was noisy. It turned on automatically at 5 AM and ran for two hours, I couldn't switch it off! This unfortunately disrupted my sleep.

The room offered useful amenities! It featured a safe, an iron with an ironing board, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. The bed was very comfy. a hairdryer was available in the bathroom.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The reception staff offered recommendations for local spots, and they were always willing to assist with any questions. I appreciated their friendly and helpful attitude.

Breakfast included a variety of options. There was a buffet with both hot and cold selections, as well as fresh pastries. The coffee and tea were excellent. The dining area was clean and well kept.

The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes, as well as free weights for a full workout. The bar area was spacious and offered a wide selection of drinks, i loved the atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel.

excellent location friendly staff good size room super shower
The hotel location was excellent, very central. Staff were always helpful and friendly. My room had city views and it was a good size. The shower and toiletries were SUPER.
I found a SLIGHT stain on one of the towels.

The breakfast had everything a breakfast should have, with a wide selection of hot and cold items. The staff in the dining area were always attentive, ensuring tables were cleared promptly. Refill stations were well kept.

The staff throughout the hotel were kind and warm. They always welcomed me. The reception staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. They made check-in and check-out efficient. I appreciated the attentiveness.

The room was well-appointed with a large, comfortable bed and tasteful decor. A coffee machine was a nice touch in the room, nice for easy preparation of hot beverages. There were complimentary snacks available in the room.
