Excellent stay with great amenities!

The location was superb. It was very close to public transportation. Restaurants and attractions stood within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast included plenty of choices, a great way to start the day. I also appreciated access to the Y club. It featured a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym.
I noticed the shower gel provided could have been better quality.

The location was superb, right by the canal. i appreciated the parking (it made things so easy) and the staff were genuinely helpful. the free access to the gym and pool was a big plus. I used the gym every morning.
I thought the bedroom could use a paint job. It looked a little tired. the bathroom also needed some tlc. I noticed some cracked tiles.

staff were consistently friendly. they were always ready to help with any request (i needed directions a couple of times!). the check-in process was quick and efficient, which i appreciated after a long drive.

thin wallsnoise levels
The noise levels bothered me. i could hear conversations from other rooms quite clearly. it wasn't just loud noises. I heard normal speaking through the walls. i think better sound insulation is needed..
