a peaceful retreat

the front desk staff were cute. my room had a coffee machine with coffee pods, which i really appreciated. the wellness area included a water dispenser with paper cups, a nice touch after using the sauna. i also found the safe included in the room price very convenient.
i found the bathroom smelled quite bad, a noticeable sewer and mold odor lingered. it lacked ventilation, increasing the unpleasant smell. the dim lighting made it difficult to see, a minor inconvenience.

breakfast was extensive with a huge variety. many vegetarian dishes were available, which i found amazing!!! it certainly started my day off right. the selection ensured something for every palate.

the staff were friendly and helpful. iryna, the hotel administrator, stood out as she was helpful and answered all our questions professionally. even the maids were conscientious and provided excellent service .

i had a genuinely lovely stay. the provided water bottle upon arrival was a thoughtful detail. the staff were patient and kind, especially since we spoke only english (we are irish). every staff member smiled and eagerly helped us.
the gym equipment seemed somewhat lacking . some equipment looked either broken or missing. it would really enhance the experience if these could be addressed.
