the receptionist, michael, was very helpful. he gave helpful tips for sightseeing. the room was nice and neat, i requested an electric kettle, and it was provided quickly. the wifi was strong and steady, so it was easy to work from the room.
i noticed some groups were loitering nearby, this made my family feel unsafe, especially at night.
