comfortable bed rooftop view
The room was really modern, i liked that! the bed was comfortable. but the sheets could have been softer. There was complimentary coffee and tea available on the top floor, it was a nice touch. the rooftop offered some good views.
the temperature in the room was fixed.

clean room friendly staff breakfast selection
The room was very clean and modern (I loved the style). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice selection on the top floor with a terrace.
I would have preferred a kettle in the room.

friendly staff modern room breakfast selection heating issue missing desk polyester blanket
the staff was friendly and helpful (always a plus). the room was modern and clean. breakfast offered a good buffet selection.
the heating in my room did not work. there was no desk available in the room and i needed one for work. the blankets were cheap polyester, i felt them uncomfortable.

the staff displayed friendliness at all times the room was very clean. the bathroom was also everything was super clean and quite spacious. the view from the balcony showed downtown views.

train station easy arrival modern rooms luggage storage unsafe area missing kettle missing fridge
the hotel was close to the main train station it made arrival easy. the rooms were modern and clean. the staff allowed us to leave our bags until our room was ready.
the surrounding area seemed unsafe at night. the room lacked a kettle. there was also no fridge in the room.

Modern Hotel near Frankfurt's Main Hub
easy access safe place modern design excellent staff
The location provides very easy access from the railway station. Staff ensured bicycles were stored safely and securely. The rooms were nice with a modern design. I found the staff to be excellent and very helpful.
The shower head in my room kept swinging to the side, so I had to hold it during use.
