the hotel is close to a mall. it also has different entertainment options. the staff were friendly and created a good atmosphere in the reception area. the wifi worked well, and common areas were clean.

each bed in the room had its own power outlet, a convenient feature for charging devices,. i found this very useful. the modern facilities also include a bar with a dart machine.

The location between Galluswarte and Messe was very convenient. The 24/7 reception was helpful, especially since my flight arrived late. The bar being open around the clock was a nice feature (I enjoyed a nightcap there).
My check-in was not smooth. I felt some standard hospitality practices were missing from the staff. This left me a bit confused at first, to be honest.
