justine and scott at the bar provided amazing service. i visited after a long day at disney and found them very hospitable. the hotel provided free drink coupons at check-in. the hotel location is great. it is near disney springs, only a short uber ride away.
the coffee maker in my room did not function properly. this was a minor inconvenience .

The ballrooms accommodated the conference beautifully. Directions were easy to follow! staff were beyond helpful with check-in, offering help in every possible way, i found it very excellent. the hotel features a beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

I found the location very convenient. It was near disney springs. the hotel provided a voucher for complimentary drinks the next day, a nice perk. parking was easy and accessible, i could find a spot every time.

the location was convenient to disney springs. the hotel was clean. the staff went out of their way to give me a room on my preferred floor. it was quiet.
i found hidden fees annoying. there was a 30 dollar resort fee. there was a 20 dollar per day parking fee. i felt that charging rewards members to park at their chosen lodging was ridiculous.
