The location offers convenient access to Disney parks.
The room I received was on the second floor , so I had a poor view of the main floor roof. There were three elevators , but only one seemed to work consistently. Long wait times were COMMON.

Excellent Stay Near Disney Springs

The hotel provided convenient access to the parks, about ten minutes away. I walked to Disney Springs one evening. The walk took about ten minutes. The hotel offered great value. I watched the fireworks at Epcot from my balcony one night.
There were times it was difficult to get a prompt elevator. I observed that sometimes only one elevator was available for guest use. This resulted in lines at peak hours.

Staff members were always very friendly and ready to help with any requests, including directions and check-in assistance, greatly appreciated. The team provided really good support throughout our stay. I observed consistently positive interactions with all staff.

Breakfast included Mickey Mouse waffles and several other tasty choices. I found the food and drinks at the hotel to be good, especially the Thanksgiving meal at the bar with Margaret, Rafa, Helen and team being awesome, too.

justine and scott at the bar provided amazing service. i visited after a long day at disney and found them very hospitable. the hotel provided free drink coupons at check-in. the hotel location is great. it is near disney springs, only a short uber ride away.
the coffee maker in my room did not function properly. this was a minor inconvenience .

The ballrooms accommodated the conference beautifully. Directions were easy to follow! staff were beyond helpful with check-in, offering help in every possible way, i found it very excellent. the hotel features a beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

I found the location very convenient. It was near disney springs. the hotel provided a voucher for complimentary drinks the next day, a nice perk. parking was easy and accessible, i could find a spot every time.
the elevators were occasionally slow, a slight inconvenience when traveling with luggage.

the location was convenient to disney springs. the hotel was clean. the staff went out of their way to give me a room on my preferred floor. it was quiet.
i found hidden fees annoying. there was a 30 dollar resort fee. there was a 20 dollar per day parking fee. i felt that charging rewards members to park at their chosen lodging was ridiculous.
