Mediocre stay with some issues.
poor view long wait
The location offers convenient access to Disney parks.
The room I received was on the second floor , so I had a poor view of the main floor roof. There were three elevators , but only one seemed to work consistently. Long wait times were COMMON.

Excellent Stay Near Disney Springs
easy access great value fireworks view
The hotel provided convenient access to the parks, about ten minutes away. I walked to Disney Springs one evening. The walk took about ten minutes. The hotel offered great value. I watched the fireworks at Epcot from my balcony one night.
There were times it was difficult to get a prompt elevator. I observed that sometimes only one elevator was available for guest use. This resulted in lines at peak hours.

Staff members were always very friendly and ready to help with any requests, including directions and check-in assistance, greatly appreciated. The team provided really good support throughout our stay. I observed consistently positive interactions with all staff.

Breakfast included Mickey Mouse waffles and several other tasty choices. I found the food and drinks at the hotel to be good, especially the Thanksgiving meal at the bar with Margaret, Rafa, Helen and team being awesome, too.

excellent stay near disney springs
great service friendly staff excellent location
justine and scott at the bar provided amazing service. i visited after a long day at disney and found them very hospitable. the hotel provided free drink coupons at check-in. the hotel location is great. it is near disney springs, only a short uber ride away.
the coffee maker in my room did not function properly. this was a minor inconvenience .

The ballrooms accommodated the conference beautifully. Directions were easy to follow! staff were beyond helpful with check-in, offering help in every possible way, i found it very excellent. the hotel features a beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

The food and drinks at the hotel proved good. I highly recommend it. breakfast was fijn. some free drink coupons were given upon check-in, a very nice touch. meal options on site are minimal and expensive

the hotel is located close to the disney parks. it is a short walk to disney springs, a great benefit for evening entertainment. i found the central location convenient to navigate the area.

The staff demonstrated engagement and professionalism. staff like justine and scott at the bar provided amazing service. josie was amazing. She greeted me warmly every time i passed by with a smile. dana and uyeng provided special assistance.

friendly staff quick coffee efficient service helpful drivers
the breakfast staff were friendly and efficient each day. they kept the area clean and were quick with coffee refills. the shuttle service to the disney parks ran on schedule. drivers were helpful with directions and park information.
i notice that one of the elevators had some scratches.

I found the location very convenient. It was near disney springs. the hotel provided a voucher for complimentary drinks the next day, a nice perk. parking was easy and accessible, i could find a spot every time.
the elevators were occasionally slow, a slight inconvenience when traveling with luggage.

the standard room had comfortable beds and pillows. the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature. there were also some little extras, such as lemonade served in the afternoons.

convenient location clean hotel preferred floor hidden fees resort fee daily parking
the location was convenient to disney springs. the hotel was clean. the staff went out of their way to give me a room on my preferred floor. it was quiet.
i found hidden fees annoying. there was a 30 dollar resort fee. there was a 20 dollar per day parking fee. i felt that charging rewards members to park at their chosen lodging was ridiculous.
