the free airport shuttle was punctual (even at 6 am). the room included all necessary bathroom amenities. it was also nice and spacious.

i found the temperature control in the room limited.

the airport shuttle was waiting! it was awesome! i got to the hotel super early, like 8am, after a flight! i asked for a room. regular check in is 3pm! the desk guy had me wait while he asked housekeeping. boom, a room was ready! so thankful. we wanted a beach trip! we did not want a 40 euro taxi! the hotel shuttle took us to a beach with a cafe and lounge. it left us for 2 hours and returned us for free! wow!

i am sad to say, the room service number did not work! it never rang. reception staff was not responsive. also, when i asked for plates and spoons for some outside snacks, they said no! they wanted me to come down to the restaurant and get them. mr ved, the catering head, said they have no policy to give cutlery without ordering food.

The hotel shuttle was waiting upon my arrival, providing swift transport. The staff facilitated an immediate room arrangement, understanding the weariness after my long flight from London. I appreciated the free shuttle service to a nearby beach equipped with a cafe and lounge area. It included round-trip transportation. I found the restaurant's pricing reasonable for snacks and meals.

I did note the air conditioning was quite powerful, even when turned off..
