misleading offer unhelpful staff
The breakfast buffet was acceptable, it had a large selection.
I must say, the hotel's offer was quite misleading. Staff members were unhelpful and could not resolve the issue, a frustrating experience. I felt the hotel fell short of the standards one expects from the brand.

easy access immediate response confusing food labels alcohol indication
the location allowed for convenient access to various tours (i enjoyed dolphin watching). the staff responded almost immediately to requests.
i found the buffet food labels confusing. the labels sometimes lacked clear indications of alcohol content (a concern for those with dietary restrictions).
