mixed experience, some issues noted

lovely locationlow qualitypoor service
the location is indeed lovely with great gardens and a fantastic beach.
the menus now in use are of a very low quality regarding produces. gone are the yellow tuna and the whole grilled fish, replaced by boring, penny-pinching ingredients. breakfast service is another letdown, with coffee often served late and bacon so crispy it's uncuttable. the buffet has lots of chicken legs, a questionable choice for a five-star hotel.

our room was immediately available. it was a beautiful sunset junior suite, modern with a colonial style. it featured a large bathroom and a balcony. food at the hotel was very good with excellent quality, perfectly cooked and well presented, that was good!
The hotel should improve the attentiveness of staff during peak hours. Sometimes, service was slow and bar area staff seemed overwhelmed which impacted the overall experience a little bit.

I loved the wonderful beach. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and always helpful! The rooms are spacious. They are beautiful, and clean too.
The locks changed on our door without explanation. Debris remained outside the room. I asked for it to be removed. Our sheets were not changed. I asked again at reception. Some, but not all, sheets were changed.

inconvenient policy
the hotel did not allow a late check out even for 30 minutes this was inconvenient. the terrace to the suite was dirty with many leafs showing a lack of attention to detail. the room felt a bit dated.

I loved how spaced out the sun loungers were on the beach. It never felt crowded. The team was immediately available and helpful upon arrival. The hotel cute packs a punch. The place is fine. I found the beach long and beautiful with clear waters, great for swimming.
My only slight issue was that drink orders occasionally took a little longer than expected at the pool bar.

The Christmas Eve dinner was excellent. The food throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Every meal felt special. It had great variety and really good quality. I found a range of culinary options with high standards.

The location is fine with a sandy beach that blends right into the bar's terrace. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The soothing sound of the waves added to its charm.

Lovely pools are available on both sides of the hotel offering variety. Lots of sun loungers are available. The resort spa offered relaxing massages. The staff were excellent.
