comfortable bed amazing shower missing towel bad breakfast
I found the location quite charming. the cleanliness was Really good. the beds were indeed comfortable. the shower was amazing. I really enjoyed it.
The staff did not replenish towels by the pool. that was a little inconvenient. the breakfast was bad. That was a disappointment.

The rooms are spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. the rooftop pool was refreshing after a warm day, and a gym is available. the location is convenient, with shops, cafes, and bars within a ten minute walk. i liked always seeing personnel around .
i would have liked to have used the balcony off our room. the balcony was locked.

The restaurant serves breakfast, but i did not dine there myself. the location provides many dining options nearby. This can be helpful. the restaurant served a great breakfast about $20 unless you get the rate with coupon.

The hotel staff was friendly, especially at the bars. I appreciated the service. i had an incident on my first day where a staff member let them selfs into our room unannounced. The hotel manager offered us breakfast for 1 morning of our stay as an apology.

the location is convenient, with the main hub of shops within walking distance. bus lines were accessible at the main library, located across from the hotel. the trolley line was only about a block away on canal street, very handy.

an acceptable stay
comfortable bed pool amenity gym access locked balcony unannounced entry insufficient apology
the rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. the pool was nice after a hot day and there is a gym. the location is a 10 minute walk to shops, cafes and bars.
The balconies are locked. I would have liked to use the balcony off our room. a staff member entered our room unannounced. the hotel manager offered us breakfast for 1 morning as an apology, it wasn't enough.
