Immaculate Stay with Helpful Staff
clean room helpful staff quality toiletries
The room was very clean. The staff were eager to assist, even before I requested anything. The provided toiletries were of high quality. I also appreciated the choice of pillows available, ensuring a comfortable night.
I noticed the bathroom ceiling had some mould. Several towels also had holes in them.

the air conditioning wasn't working, so the room was a little warm.

decent stay overall
helpful staff good breakfast inadequate air conditioning heavy duvet
the staff were helpful and polite i received new towels daily the breakfast had a good selection of items available. my room was tidy and the bed was comfortable.
the air conditioning in my room was inadequate i had to open the windows the only bedding option was a heavy duvet. this made sleeping in the heat uncomfortable
