Tracey and Colin are kind hosts. The location is great. It was a short walk to the beach. I also found the location to be quiet.
The bathroom was shared. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It alternated between hot and cold.

totally awesome stay!

tracy and colin are super friendly and helpful i had a room with a park and sea view the bed was big and comfy i slept so well the ensuite looked new and the shower had great water pressure! the room had a great selection of teas and coffee and a fridge for fresh milk the breakfast was epic too i had scrambled egg on toast and they were really generous with the eggs and toast.

i ordered the scrambled eggs with toast and i was very happy they provided generous amounts of both the eggs and the toast itself i felt very satisfied after this meal.

the room had a fridge where i could store fresh milk it also offered a good selection of various types of teas and coffees plus the ensuite was well maintained and looked new i found it awesome.

The hotel location NEAR the beach was a definite plus. It was also convenient to have a TESCO express so close , for any quick needs.
The shared bathroom posed SOME inconvenience , especially with the inconsistent water temperature. I ALSO noticed some noise from other guests at times.

We stayed for two nights in a double room. The room included tea and coffee supplies. Colin gave helpful advice on nearby attractions. I found the location very convenient. It's close to both the train station and the beach. Tracy and Colin provided AMAZING customer service.
The shared bathroom arrangement presented a slight inconvenience. I experienced inconsistent water temperature in the shower.
