food shortagebathroom mould

the breakfast setup needs improvement. sausages, bacon, and black pudding ran out quickly, and it took a while to find someone to inform and fix the shortage. i also found the bathroom had some wear and tear, including mould in the shower. (a thorough cleaning is definitely needed!)

Convenient Hotel for a Short Stay

The reception staff were very helpful. They sorted out an extra person and room without issue. They extended our stay by a day. The building is in a quiet location. I found an electric car charger available, convenient.

The smoke alarm light flashed all night in my room. I hardly had any hot water. Getting the food took a long hour to arrive. There was no coffee at breakfast either, which I found inconvenient.

The reception staff provided very good assistance. They handled requests efficiently. The bar and restaurant staff also offered prompt support, answering questions and fulfilling requests. I found their attentiveness helpful.

I found the reception staff very helpful during check-in. they quickly sorted out my reservation. i was pleased the hotel had ample on-site parking. the standard double room had everything i needed. I especially liked the working wi-fi.

the breakfast service was a little chaotic. on one morning, there were no eggs and the coffee machine was not working, which caused delays and inconvenience.
