warm acslow service

the ac was too warm i could not adjust it it was terribly uncomfortable at night. the breakfast area felt cramped people bumped into me often. also i asked for an extra pillow but never received it the staff seemed forgetful. i think the hotel needs to improve its service response time and hvac management

The location proved excellent (just a short walk to the stadium). The room was spacious offering comfort. The staff were polite and helpful. I found the breakfast fully loaded with options.

The adapted disabled room faced a loud air conditioning system in the inner courtyard. This made a good night's sleep difficult.
