The room matched the pictures perfectly and the check-in process was smooth. everything needed for a short stay was available. i appreciated the stocked kitchen with all necessary dishes and utensils. I was also permitted an early check-in, very helpful after my long flight.
the multiple emails and messages from different people about minor issues were frustrating. the lack of a physical key and reliance on multiple digital keys proved more tiring than seamless. i would have appreciated a simpler key system.

the location felt residential and safe, lovely! several excellent cafés, fromageries, and bakeries were nearby! two metro stops allowed easy access to various attractions. i found this very convenient.

the apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable. i liked the balcony! it was ideal for enjoying morning coffees. the bed was very comfortable and all areas were very clean.

The area presented a great choice for dining out. many local shops sold high-quality foods. i appreciated the bakeries and cafés within a short walk. They made mornings particularly pleasant!

The location was great I liked having cafes and bakeries nearby.
I was really frustrated because the check-in codes didn't work. I spent way too long trying to get into my room. The staff kept contacting me about city tax despite me having already paid it they bothered me via text email and WhatsApp.

great locationcomfortable bedmissing elevator
the studio location was great. it was within walking distance of the eiffel tower, a store, and several bakeries just behind the corner. the bed was comfortable and the room was cozy.
the hotel has no elevator , and i had to carry heavy boxes to the allocated room on the fourth floor.

the studio room had all the facilities that i needed. the bed was comfortable. the apartment was located on a quiet side street , but it was a short walk to lovely shops and restaurants.

the apartment had good kitchen facilities for cooking. there were many shops and confectioneries nearby. there were also subway and bus stops nearby , which facilitated travel around the city.
