helpful staff convenient location cold room damaged sink
the staff were helpful with my bags upon arrival. i found the location convenient to reach many shops and restaurants. i also liked that the room had soundproofing on the windows. the radio with a local station was a nice touch.
the room got very cold during the night.

damaged sink scarce hot water
the location was acceptable with convenient access to local amenities
the room temperature was difficult to regulate i struggled to get it warm enough . also bathroom facilities need upgrading the sink was damaged and hot water was scarce there.

decorated rooms friendly staff central location
i found the rooms beautifully decorated. the staff are constantly lovely. its location is very central close to many shops and restaurants. the hotel includes a fluffy friendly house cat.
