The staff was helpful with taxi arrangements and sightseeing tips.

The breakfast selection proved disappointing. There were no pancakes or waffles. The fruit juices also tasted watered down. The service in the restaurant lacked consistency. Some servers performed well, yet others seemed inattentive, occasionally forgetting to offer everyone at our table dessert or a drink (this was unpardonable).
