small bowls inconsistent service
i found a couple things less than perfect. the breakfast felt a little underwhelming. the cereal bowls are so small. it would have been nice if they had table service for tea and coffee. also, the service in the restaurant really wasnt consistent at all.

the service in the restaurant was inconsistent some staff were attentive others were not i experienced delays and forgotten requests during my meals it detracted from the dining experience

free shuttle excellent food train tickets
the front desk staff arranged a free shuttle from fiumicino airport. the restaurant food was excellent the breakfast met expectations. staff sold regional train tickets and gave directions to roma termini station.

poor breakfast selection inconsistent service
The staff was helpful with taxi arrangements and sightseeing tips.
The breakfast selection proved disappointing. There were no pancakes or waffles. The fruit juices also tasted watered down. The service in the restaurant lacked consistency. Some servers performed well, yet others seemed inattentive, occasionally forgetting to offer everyone at our table dessert or a drink (this was unpardonable).
