Excellent hotel experience

The bus stop location right outside proved handy. Free water and fruit in the foyer were a lovely touch. Staff assisted me by scanning a document. I was very grateful for this service. The interior design presents a beautiful aesthetic.
The air conditioning control could use significant improvement. I noticed that the controls did not work correctly. This made adjusting the room temperature difficult. I hope they address this issue soon.

The room was quite spacious and well-decorated. I really liked that the windows could be opened for fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated my need to move from a smaller room with a split mattress. I also enjoyed the orange water in the lobby.
I noticed slight delays during check-in.
