a perfect romantic getaway

i adored the tasteful decor and cleanliness. the room had a fridge and a coffee machine, it even included toiletries. we found the location to be perfectly safe for a nighttime stroll along the thames.
The water in the room was sprinkled water instead of spring water.

the beautiful king room included a comfy bed and effective air conditioning. artizan espresso and complimentary chocolates were a thoughtful touch. an iron and ironing board were available in the room (very handy for freshening up clothes).

The team was attentive and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. the staff handled allergy requests efficiently, especially for my daughter. staff remembered our preferences each day (such a sweet detail!). the receptionists were friendly.

the breakfast was acceptable.
the central heating could not be adjusted from the room. the entire building seemed like summer, so it was too hot to sleep. the room's condition was very worn with stains on the ceiling, carpet, and furniture.

The reception upon arrival was lovely. The room included a comfy bed and a great shower. I also appreciated the excellent coffee machine that came with real milk. Breakfast was excellent.
