i have stayed many times at hotels, and never had a check-in quite as frustrating as this one. i booked my room well in advance, i thought everything would be set. instead, i arrived to find my room wasn't ready. the staff really didn't seem to care much about the delay, it felt dismissive and not accommodating. i was a little disappointed with the entire experience.
