non-functional phone cold breakfast
the location was acceptable, close to transport links.
The phone in my room did not work at all . I asked the staff to fix it, but nothing happened. the restaurant was closed in the mornings, so i had to order breakfast from the hall, a very limited menu. it arrived cold and late.

excellent rooms and service
renovated room new furniture amazing view helpful staff
the rooms are newly renovated with new furniture new carpet new bedding and new bathrooms the thermostats in each room worked perfectly offering personalized climate control i appreciated the amazing views of the 9/11 memorial and the oculus from my room the staff was helpful especially at check in i found the operations manager doing a fantastic job ensuring a smooth stay.

i received immediate responses from customer service and the front desk whenever i needed something the staff was very kind and available addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently the team ensured my needs were met quickly and professionally.

I found the location ideal. The city view overlooking the WTC and the Hudson River was excellent. Housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient, and the front desk personnel were helpful. I liked having a coffee maker in the room, and complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was near multiple subway lines. This made getting around easy. Staff members at the entrance were always helpful and friendly. The elevators were fast. This made accessing our room quick and easy. Our room featured a fine view of the World Trade Center. The amenities met our needs.
