the stay was very expensive many things were NOT included for example we had to pay seventy-five euros for sun beds with wine and fruit for a day the WiFi only worked in the room this was frustrating

i really enjoyed my time. the caldera views gave a nice chilled vibe. i found this hotel and thought the terrace and pool looked lovely. the pool area was amazing and the bar selection was great. i had lovely drinks with views of the sunset most evenings. i relaxed on the comfortable loungers by the pool. the kitchen let us order items not on the menu like tzatziki and pita.
it was a little difficult with stairs to get to the bottom of the hotel

the hotel offers a large pool with clear views and comfortable loungers. there is also a bar located near the pool. the hotel provides luggage assistance upon arrival and departure needing help with their belongings.

the kitchen staff are accommodating and allow guests to order items not listed on the menu. breakfast service introduces a nice personal touch because everyone generally introduces themselves. drinks at the bar are great and food portions are substantial.

the views were very nice i woke to a fine panorama each morning the staff were always attentive and kind making me feel so welcome. the room was beautiful with thoughtful touches throughout. it felt special and serene away from crowds.
the wifi signal wasn't strong in all areas.
