i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. they provided plenty of tips to get around, which i really appreciated. the rooms are quite spacious and feature a very large, comfortable bed. soft towels were also provided in the bathroom.
the food menu was a little limited. it was a pity because the pub decor and atmosphere was great.

The staff were helpful and cute. the room overlooked the gardens at the back of the hotel. i enjoyed a tasty meal in the restaurant. It had a lovely atmosphere.
the room was quite noisy. the sound seemed to travel easily from the pub below, and it made it difficult to relax early in the evening.

My room was quite small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The shower stall seemed built for someone much shorter than I am (I am not that tall).
