friendly stafffaulty heatingdisconnecting wifi
the staff were friendly and cute upon arrival.
I found the room to be quite hot. The heating seemed to be stuck on. the window did not open, so there was no way to cool the room down. i also had issues with the wifi. It kept disconnecting, frustrating (especially when i needed to work).

I booked a double room for three nights. The room was very spacious. It was very modern and clean. Staff were very helpful. I also especially liked that bottled water was provided.
I had difficulty finding things like cups and milk at breakfast. I wasn't alone with this issue.

Breakfast had a good selection of foods. The restaurant offers excellent food and service. I experienced a good selection at breakfast. There were many options.

Shuttle buses run frequently to the airport. They run every 30-40 minutes. A Tesco is across the street. This is convenient if you wish to pick up some food on your own.

The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Staff throughout were pleasant. I had quick resolution! The reception staff organised a taxi at no extra cost.
