The hotel's location provides easy access and ample parking. our room included air conditioning (a welcome feature during warmer weather). the on-site restaurant impressed me, and offered various options for specific dietary needs. the hotel provided easy access to public transport. The bus stop is situated close by and staff offered assistance.
i found the directional signage throughout the hotel a bit confusing, especially when navigating to my room.

the room was good, well equipped and clean.
Staff needs more training to familiarize themselves with the hotel. They could not tell me for definite if there was a rear exit to the car park. it was raining heavily, and i had to walk all the way around the hotel to mail access. at check-in they pointed the guest in front of me in the wrong direction to their room. He came back angry when i was checking in. the quality of food was only okay.
