Excellent Stay in Garden Rooms
comfy room friendly staff garden rooms
The room was super comfy and well presented. The staff are very very good from check in to breakfast. All were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located out the back of the building in their Garden rooms. The location was private and quiet.
the building IS a maze, so it's easy to get turned around when finding your room.

The staff was very attentive . I found them helpful. Staff were always available at reception and willing to assist. The breakfast service was efficient.

The location worked well as it was only an hour and 15mins from home. It's a short stroll to the centre and nearby attractions. The hotel's central location makes it easy .

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of options. The wedding food was delicious. Even the vegetarian options impressed me. The bar area was fun to hang out at after dinner.

The king bed was comfortable. the room had excellent air conditioning. The temperature was always perfect! the free parking behind the hotel was a lifesaver, and i found it so convenient for exploring the area.
The stairs were a bit steep. It made carrying luggage slightly challenging.

The room featured two separate sinks, very convenient. a rainfall shower offered a spa-like experience. It provided excellent water pressure. the tasteful decor included plush bedding that enhanced the room's romantic atmosphere.

the room was showing its age. the stairs were steep and narrow (no elevator). breakfast lacked variety, though cooked options were available upon request.

Charming Getaway
clean room excellent service comfortable bed
The room was super clean. The staff provided excellent service from check-in to breakfast. I found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable. The shower and toiletries were excellent.
The corridors and adjacent rooms transmitted noise too easily. I could hear everything. Soundproofing improvements would make a big difference.

Breakfast selections include a vegetarian option and are hot. The dining area is large. The staff is excellent. The pub offers a late lunch and features evening Irish music and dance performances.

excellent stay
central location helpful information superior room
the hotel is luxurious. it has a central location, perfect for visiting the area. everything is a few minutes away on foot. i stayed in a superior double room and it had a big window that overlooked the street. a desk was there, where i found maps of the city and helpful information.
the room was cold and lacked a cosy feel.

A good breakfast had lots of food choices. the meal was served promptly. It was hot and lovely. the staff were attentive, checking to see if they could do anything more for us.

the room was bright, huge, and very clean. it had a comfortable king sized bed and complimentary water. the bathroom was spacious. the night porter was really good, attentive and very helpful.

there is ample parking on site. the hotel provides facilities to view videos. harry's bar was very cute and offered great privacy. the cleanliness was perfect, though there is no lift.
