i appreciated the plentiful and tasty food options. breakfast had a good variety. the swimming facilities were excellent (i really enjoyed them!).
i found a lack of detailed hotel information in the rooms. the pool towels required a €10 cash deposit each. i wished this was clearer upon arrival.

the reception staff were polite and helpful. that was appreciated.
The air conditioning did not work at all . the room temperature rose to 28 degrees celsius. the cleaning wasn't great. Floors were dusty and sandy every day, and i am not sure the bathrooms were cleaned at all.
