i appreciate the super location because it is near everything and close to Opera. The building itself has much charm and my room had comfort. I really did not need to use the metro, the city center spread out before me.
My room was smaller than expected. The higher cost of superior-room felt unjustified. The room size did not quite match my expectations, it was a slight disappointment.

My room included complimentary water bottles, which i found really useful, and a modern, clean space with a nice large window. towels got changed daily. I found this very convenient. air conditioning was effective.

The location is just great. Plaza mayor and mercado san miguel are really close. The opera metro station is just a couple of hundred meters away, giving easy access. this central location allowed us to easily explore on foot.

i noticed there are many good restaurants nearby, the place provides convenient options. i like that there are cool bars and restaurants right next door. the surrounding area offers several choices.

the location was great, just off plaza mayor. i found some great local bars and eateries nearby. the metro was very close too. the place was spotlessly clean, it had everything i needed, even a fridge.
there were no benches or storage in the bathroom. That was a bit inconvenient. I was not informed before my arrival.

The location offers easy access to many key sites. The staff were helpful. The check-in process was efficient. The provided cava and water were a VERY nice touch. I found the room clean, and I appreciated the bright atmosphere created by the two large windows.
The bathroom was somewhat small. This presented a minor inconvenience.
