gran via stay
ideal location metro station needed items
i found the location ideal since it is on gran via street. a metro station is only two minutes away. many restaurants are all around the area. the room had everything i needed.
The reception area felt somewhat unwelcoming. It was old. it could benefit from a refresh and updated decor. this area didnt make a great first impression after a long journey.

the room included two separate sinks in the bathroom! a real bathtub was available. the room was a good size. i really enjoyed having two sinks, very practical.

the hotel has a 24-hour reception, very convenient. the inside staircase was a highlight. elevators were available too. i liked the convenience of the 24-hour reception, it was useful when i needed assistance.

Really good Stay on Gran Via
central location friendly staff
I liked the central location. It was very close to theaters and various shops. The staff was also excellent. They were friendly. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of items.

poor cleanliness beard hairs
The location was good. It was close to many shops and restaurants.
The cleanliness in the bathroom was not good. There were beard hairs on the counter and in the bath. I expected more from a hotel.
