The staff was really friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and local recommendations. i found the free coffee and cake in the lobby a nice touch. It felt cute after long days. my room was kept very clean with all the facilities working. the location proved amazing, especially for shopping. Lafayette galleries were a short walk away.
I had to take my luggage up in separate trips.

The staff were kind and ready to offer suggestions. The hotel provided a snack and drink zone, available all day. I found easy access to bus and metro lines near the place.
The room I had was very small. I found it difficult to fully open my suitcase. I could hear sounds from neighbors through the door. This sometimes woke me up at night.

Solid stay in central location

The location was very central, providing easy access to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful . I appreciated the refillable water option. It was a nice touch. The breakfast offered plenty of choices for a smaller hotel.
The room was smaller than expected. It made opening my suitcase difficult. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms through the door, even at night. This sometimes interrupted my sleep. A little more sound insulation would be welcome.
