The staff were friendly! i arrived on my anniversary and received complimentary access to the club room. So exciting! the club room staff were attentive. when we returned at 2am and were hungry, the door staff surprised us with a jar of cookies!
the rooms in separate buildings need outdoor luggage transport, it felt inconvenient! on a rainy day carrying luggage outdoors from check-in without cover wasn't ideal.

the room provided everything i needed, including a comfortable bed. its location in the city meant weekends were very quiet. i found easy access to subway lines (it helped me get around easily).
the heating wasn't working well, so the room felt quite cold. (i wish they would fix that!).
