amazing staff great rate
the staff was amazing, and i got a great rate for a saturday night. the room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. breakfast quality and selection was excellent, allowing access to the vip club room for drinks.
i found the nescafe sachets to be a poor coffee substitute in the room. real coffee is plentiful only a short walk away, so it's a minor inconvenience.

dripping faucet missing lightbulb
The location was convenient for getting around. The underground station was close by.
I was frustrated by the lack of attention to detail in the room. The bathroom faucet dripped constantly and a lightbulb was out. Housekeeping seemed rushed and the floor wasn't properly vacuumed. it reminded me of the hotel was cutting corners on maintenance and cleanliness.

The staff were friendly! i arrived on my anniversary and received complimentary access to the club room. So exciting! the club room staff were attentive. when we returned at 2am and were hungry, the door staff surprised us with a jar of cookies!
the rooms in separate buildings need outdoor luggage transport, it felt inconvenient! on a rainy day carrying luggage outdoors from check-in without cover wasn't ideal.

comfortable bed quiet weekends easy access
the room provided everything i needed, including a comfortable bed. its location in the city meant weekends were very quiet. i found easy access to subway lines (it helped me get around easily).
the heating wasn't working well, so the room felt quite cold. (i wish they would fix that!).
