easy check-inlarge roomfresh towel
the check in was easy and quick! i had a lovely room, it was large. fresh towels and bedding were provided every day, this was great! i also found a fridge and a hairdryer in the room. the hotel pools were big and clean. there were also many sunbeds available

The hotel has three pools available , with one pool heated. These facilities were generally clean. towel service is included. This made it easy to enjoy swimming.

restaurants provide many options. the italian restaurant is lovely. all inclusive drinks include special coffees. large water bottles are also available from the bars upon request

staff were helpful and very friendly. they answered any queries. the staff kept the hotel super clean. the entertainment throughout the stay was great. the entertainment staff was skilled. they were engaging at every event.

quick check-inspacious roomfresh foodcrowded sunbeds
the check-in was quick, and i received a spacious room. fresh towels and bedding were provided daily. the block i stayed in was quiet and located a short walk from the reception. the food in all restaurants offered excellent variety and was consistently fresh!
i found the sunbeds were packed closely together in the pool area. finding space for a wheelchair plus two sunbeds was difficult. this meant we were often stuck in the shade, which wasn't ideal.

there are three pools available, each well-kept and very clean. pool towels are included , a convenient touch. there are also plenty of activities scheduled during the day.

the hotel offers two specialty restaurants, one italian and one spanish. the all-inclusive drinks include special coffees and large bottles of water available at the bars.

the staff members were consistently helpful and efficient! they addressed all my questions and requests promptly. i found them to be very friendly and approachable throughout my stay.
