the staff accommodated my nut allergy and prepared fresh thai dishes without nuts. their attentiveness was the best i have ever experienced. kaew, stang, nan and aof are just a few of the excellent staff who contributed to this.
the hotel has two pools, but the water in both was very cold. it was difficult to enjoy swimming because of this. i think it would be nice if they could heat the water a bit.

breakfast was a-la-carte and offered many selections. the restaurant prepared great food for both foreign and local guests. i particularly enjoyed the cocktails with southern thai dishes.

the hotel provides an app. you can book trips and transportation through it. there are two pools, a spa and a library area. it made planning excursions easy and convenient.

I found the rooms clean. The private pool on the balcony was a wonderful addition. Staff provided complimentary snacks and drinks. I even got snacks in the evening. The hotel app helped schedule room cleaning, order room service, and book tours.

the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious.
Our mountain view beautiful pool suite had a significant mosquito problem because the bathroom doesn't fully close off from the outside. Bugs were always getting in. the view from the room was also disappointing. It faced a dirty, empty lot and an unsightly roof.

musty smellcold water
i found a problem with the room. there was a musty smell and mold , because of the balcony pool. this makes this new hotel of this standard unacceptable. the pool was basically useless , the water was too cold to use after sunset. also , the pool attracts more mosquitoes.
