Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
The pool area did offer a nice view (it was quite scenic).
The room I got wasn't that clean. I noticed dirt left by previous guests. I even needed to ask for hand soap, and staff SEEMED confused as to why I didn't want to use shampoo as a substitute. (Seriously?).

underwhelming stay, needs some updates
hard bed minimal breakfast
the pool offered a decent view of the cliffs.
The room felt quite dated. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the linens felt old. small details like replacing the curtains or adding some art could help, but the tap faucet definitely needed fixing. breakfast was minimal, with just tea, coffee, cheap bread, and cookies. I expected more for the price.

peaceful location lovely scenery main road
The location provided a very peaceful setting with lovely scenery. I found convenient access to Ao Nang beach. It took approximately 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the main road which has good restaurants. The pool offered a great option to cool off after exploring.
The tv in the room did NOT have ANY programs streamed.

charming stay NEAR THE beach
efficient air conditioning big bathtub free shuttle
The room was HUGE. The bathroom included a big bathtub. I found the air conditioning GOOD, it was very efficient. The staff were AMAZING. They provided help immediately when I needed something. They offer a free shuttle service into the nearby area every couple of hours.
The hotel currently doesn't have a full in-house restaurant, so dining options are limited.

The hotel is close TO restaurants. This makes dining out very convenient. The walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes, so it's easy to enjoy the seaside. The surroundings are calm and quiet.

The hotel provides a light, free breakfast. This includes bread, jam, coffee, and cookies. The morning snack bar is a great convenience for a quick bite. I greatly appreciated the free beverages that were available every morning.
