fantastic stay!
great locationfriendly staffmulled winesound insulation
the location was great. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. free mulled wine at reception was a super nice touch and breakfast had decent options.
Sound insulation could use some improvement. Noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable.

The reception staff offered travel advice for trams and nearby spots. They were always available to answer my questions and assist with directions, made getting around so simple. overall, their assistance was invaluable.

Breakfast included plenty of choices and everything tasted great. there were various options, from hot items such as eggs and sausages to fresh pastries. The selection ensured a satisfying start to the day!

The room was super clean, which i always appreciate! the size was adequate. It had enough space for luggage and moving around. the view from the window was a nice added bonus, especially during the evenings.

the staff were professional and ready to help. the hotel is conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, so it was easy to explore the area.
the room was quite small. there was a shortage of electric points. there was no air conditioning.

My experience was charmed by the staff hospitality. Aetna at reception provided top service. She arranged a driver for my mum and me. The driver was professional. The breakfast offered many choices and everything tasted fresh.
The hotel seems old. The rooms is not renovated. There is some water damage visible here. But it was clean. Everything smelled nice, so it's good.

Breakfast provided a large variety with fresh products. I found the staff always replenished food promptly and with a smile. The overall atmosphere was cute.

The staff were very nice. They was always helpful and friendly. Aetna was especially attentive. She arranged our transport. I was very charmed by this hotel service.
