beautiful squarespaciousness decor
the location is very good, situated on a beautiful square downtown and all attractions are close. the hotel is excellent in every way and must have been recently renovated. the room was amazing, the decor, the spaciousness, the many beautiful windows, and the devices from miele and smeg.
the reception felt cold and distant.

the hotel location was good, really central.
The room was not cleaned properly. i found hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. the breakfast lacked variety. The same options were available every day, it became quite boring.

the room was clean, acceptable.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable, made sleep difficult. The smell of boiled eggs permeated the air. room service food was bad. The coffee and dessert from the cafe were some of the worst i had tasted in the city.

The location was great for exploration. The clock tower and Paladium mall were a short walk. Breakfast had a lovely selection, the best during my Europe trip. The front desk were helpful, especially Mohamed. Lopes at the bar was great. I enjoyed speaking french with him.

the room was quite spacious, i suppose.
The staff, especially the receptionist, seemed rather uninterested in helping. It lacked any real warmth. i was quite surprised there was no welcome drink, a small touch that usually elevates a hotels feel. also the minibar was completely empty, i did not expect that.
