friendly staffspacious room
The location was wonderful. The Museum Quarter was right across the street. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, so I felt at ease. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. We chose to explore local markets and cafes rather than have breakfast at the hotel. This added to our experience.
I noticed there was no air conditioning in the room.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the subway station Volkstheater. The hotel provided easy access to the main shopping area. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The room looked quite old. The furniture seemed dated. The breakfast did not offer much variety. There was limited selection of items such as cheese.

I found the location quite accessible to many points of interest, and shops nearby. the room was large and very clean. I especially liked that the shower was quite powerful. it was easy to use the trains to and from the airport. I could store luggage as needed, very convenient.
