The location is excellent as the métro is just a few minutes away. A large supermarket nearby proved very convenient.
THE room i was assigned was nothing like the photos i saw when i booked. It was significantly smaller, even with just a couple of backpacks. it was very frustrating.

i found the reception very helpful and polite. my room was clean and the bed was comfy for sleeping. it was quiet during the night and i slept good. the hotel had good access to public transport.
the shower was a bit small.

the location is close to a nice square. i found cafes, restaurants and a local market nearby. it's not far from the city center and public transportation is close. access to everything was very simple.

Fantastic stay, great location!

The hotel located near the Alserstrasse metro station helped. It was also close to a McDonald's and within walking distance to Westbahnhof. The staff responded quickly to requests. They were also very hospitable and i'm grateful.
I will mention finding electrical plugs to charge my devices presented a challenge. Only one plug existed in the bathroom, and another one was behind curtains in an inconvenient spot. I don't like this.

Breakfast included many choices of food and drinks. All was fresh. Everything seemed well prepared, and i found excellent value for money in the selection of the restaurant .

The reception staff provided a hairdryer upon request, i appreciate this. The staff was responsive and hospitable. They were also very helpful, i will mention this. Round-the-clock reception provided convenience.

The room had a comfortable bed, bedside light, and bedside tables. A safe, a wardrobe with hangers, a TV and a mirror are available, i'm happy. The bathroom had a dispenser with liquid soap and cups.
