cleanliness issue improper cleaning
Staff were friendly. The lobby area had a stylish atmosphere.
I had some issues. The room was not very clean. There was dust, and it was quite shocking.

the hotel is near kujo station. a lawson's combini is close by. the free bath salts were nice after walking all day.

wall stains old room
The location allows access to two train stations, helpful.
The room felt old, and there were a lot of stains on the walls. The cleanliness was disappointing. The overall condition requires updates.

I appreciated the convenient on-site laundry facilities. The hotel's pseudo gallery lobby was beautiful to look at. I also found the breakfast with great price to be amazing.
