I found the location to be very convenient. It was a short walk from the station. there were many eateries around the hotel, which helped a lot.
The bathroom design needs improvement. The shower head could be better.

The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea service. It had a selection of snacks and drinks. i noticed there was an aperitif service available, with sake, plum wine, and local red and whites in the evening from 6pm to 9pm.

all staff members were very kind and polite, that was appreciated. they went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable, and I liked that. they also helped me send my luggage ahead to the haneda airport.

i'm telling you, the staff were SO helpful and friendly. they have a cool laundry setup. you can watch your laundry progress right on your room tv! i stayed in a beautiful twin room. it was big enough for us to throw open suitcases without tripping!
i did not found a single bad thing to say!

The front desk staff were really excellent. They helped me arrange luggage transfer. the hotel offers free afternoon tea with desserts and evening drinks which was a nice surprise. the soybean powder mochi ice cream was unreal!
