The family mart right downstairs was super handy for late-night snacks. the location is amazing. It's right by the jr line station!!! our superior twin room extra bed felt so spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with directions and recommendations.
honestly, the only tiny thing was the coffee shop downstairs got a bit crowded in the mornings. it was slightly inconvenient.

the covered driveway made drop-offs and pickups easy, especially with luggage. the on-site public bath was a great amenity, with a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. it included separate areas for men and women.

Excellent Stay Near Umekoji Station!

I found the hotel facilities great. The public bath was AMAZING!!! It helped me relax after long days. The convenience store right by the hotel and Starbucks were also convenient.
The staff at the entrance could be more friendly. I asked for a receipt for the accommodation tax, but they said I would get it when leaving. Paying with cash and not getting immediate proof of payment wasn't ideal.

i experienced that staff must be more friendly at the entrance. i requested a receipt for accommodation tax, but they initially declined. they said i would receive it upon leaving, handling the situation with cash.

This place is a winner. The hotel is next to a train station, so it is very convenient and peaceful. Breakfast had a great variety of dishes. The room and bed were spacious.
