the hotel is located near train and metro stations.. many bus lines are also available.
The carpet in my room was quite dirty and walls had visible stains. This detracted from the overall experience.

The location is very convenient near a main shopping street. Numerous eateries and shops are nearby offering many options for evening strolls. Rooms are spacious compared to other accommodations i have visited. Cleanliness was top notch and all necessities were elegantly provided.
I found a slight inconvenience because the hotel lacks dedicated parking. many coin parking options are available in the surrounding area easing parking a little.

The hotel benefits from its placement on a key shopping street and this provides easy access to a variety of eateries. Several stores surround the area so evening walks are made much more enjoyable with many places to explore nearby.

i loved that the hotel was located near a major bus stop. it was only a few stops away from tourist attractions and the main station. great amenities were available including a washer and dryer coffee and toiletries. i found a 7/11 right next to the hotel really convenient for quick needs.
the tv in the room was oddly placed i couldn't watch it comfortably from bed. the window overlooked some radiators which wasn't much of a view.

the staff were helpful and friendly offering quick assistance when needed this created a cute environment. check-in was fast i appreciated how quickly everything was handled. coffee and tea were provided which was a nice touch.

the rooms were clean and quite spacious allowing enough space to move around comfortably. a humidifier was available which helped with the winter dryness inside. i appreciated the modern style of the room and the overall design.

omiya station was just five minutes away on foot many bus stops were also within walking distance. several halal restaurants were easy to reach by bus or train. there were many food options available near the hotel.

The hotel's location is close to many attractions. I found several food options nearby. A 7-Eleven is right at the doorstep. The hotel was clean and quiet. the room size was pleasant. I appreciated that the hotel staff spoke English.
The laundry room had some issues. There were only two washing machines and two dryerswith a line of people waiting late at night.
