I found the staff helpful. Paula, giulia, and cynthia were very kind. they promptly handled our luggage upon arrival. the breakfast was not only delicious but also quite nice. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring.

our beautiful double room balcony had ample space for the family. storage was plentiful. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was bright, equipped with davies products. the shower included both a rain and handheld option, providing good water pressure.

the team provided great advice on local spots and. everyone on staff was cute and nothing was too much trouble, we really appreciated this high level of service. their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The staff offered excellent dining recommendations for both Santa and Portofino. They were always willing to help. The bar serves amazing cocktails and wine. The breakfast included many delicious options. The pool side lunch with Prosecco was perfect. I found the hotel lobby perfectly decorated, stylish, and comfy.
