the room was clean. it had all the facilities i needed, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fan, etc. the bed was so comfortable, i slept like a baby!!!
i had to check in at the pub because the reception was closed. we got our key, but we received no directions to our room.

the adjacent pub offered excellent meals for a reasonable price i found the provision of a safe parking area very reassuring the staff were courteous and efficient throughout my stay the room had all necessities including a very good shower with plenty of hot water.
i noticed the hotel looked somewhat dated it could benefit from a refurbishment to modernise the decor

the pub adjoins the accommodation and offers breakfast options the restaurant area appears clean and well maintained the menu features a range of meals at reasonable prices i found the northern hospitality warm.

The room was a nice, clean family room. The car park offered plenty of spaces, VERY convenient. Breakfast was good, and a refrigerated vending machine sat in the lobby for after-hours drinks.
I found the mattress slightly firmer than i prefer.

the room was decorated for our wedding night it was easy to find the hotel. i had stayed there before many years ago. the accommodation was very clean also the staff were friendly and helpful i liked the later checkout time.
i had a pie it was very unappetising however it was cheap.

i had an evening meal as well as breakfast both were tasty i like english food. the location for breakfast was good i found it easy to access the buffet.

the room had usb ports that was convenient to me i had a quiet room too. black out curtains were effective there was good level of supplies and equipment in the room.

the staff were ever so friendly and helpful to me i had no problem . the receptionist was courteous her genuine smile set a perfect tone i think it is important.
