location was ok, close to both the beach and city center.
the breakfast on the rooftop wasnt great, i found the terrace dirty. staff weren't really helpful, they couldn't solve a simple request. the rooms facing the street was noisy at night.

the staff was helpful and friendly. i forgot an item, and they promptly shipped it to me. the location is perfect, just five minutes from the beach. also, it's just five minutes to the historical center.
the elevator could be a little slow sometimes, especially during peak hours.

The staff was friendly. They organized a baby bed quickly after we had forgot to book it. Rooms are quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable. A parking garage is close, about 12 euros a day.
The floor in the room needed vacuuming better.

The location is central. I got to the promenade and ferry easily. The old town and pedestrian areas are also easy to reach. It was ideal.

The reception spoke english well. The staff stored my luggage securely after checkout. The staff was always ready to answer questions. They also dealt with requests.

Breakfast had a nice selection. The staff constantly topped up the food. Breakfast is on the top floor, it offers a great view on the lake. Morning coffee was also great.
