I found the location very convenient. It was central and close to many attractions. The staff was helpful and managed the car parking efficiently. The rooftop terrace offers an unexpected space for relaxation.
The sound isolation was subpar. Noise from adjacent rooms and outside was noticeable despite new windows.

FANTASTIC stay in a historic palace!

The hotel has a beautiful reception area and cool stairs. It was like it was built into the rock. Our room was really good and really comfortable. We asked for a kettle and they provided it right away! There was also a fridge where they topped up soft drinks and water every day. The rooftop terrace is BEAUTIFULLY equipped with sofas and sunbeds. It's in the best part of the central area. The hotel history shows the building used to be a palace, near the cathedral. I also found the staff friendly and helpful. They even recommended a train trip to Elche. It was a pleasure.
Slightly noisy location in the morning. People were walking past VERY early.
